Database figures published on the Site are indicative figures based on records maintained by Meritco and the sources identified for each metric. Coverage varies by dataset, geography, channel, category and reporting period, and does not mean that all datasets have been available since 2009.

“327M+ business content items and data records” refers to the cumulative number of structured content items and data records held in the covered database as of September 2026. “700+ industries,” “500+ shopping malls” and “500,000+ brands” are indicative figures describing the classification or covered database scope at that time.

These figures are approximate and provided for reference only. They do not represent complete market coverage, current service availability, guaranteed future results or guaranteed deliverables. Figures may differ from third-party publications because of differences in collection methods, scope, duplicate handling and statistical timing. Figures, definitions and presentation methods may be updated or corrected. Please refer to the relevant product materials or contact us for dataset-specific coverage periods, scope and update frequency.

3. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in text, images, charts, videos, product screens, logos, reports and other Site content belong to the Company or the relevant rights holders

Except as permitted by law or expressly stated on the Site or in the materials, you may not reproduce, republish, modify, publicly transmit, sell or sublicense content without the rights holder's permission. Quotations must comply with applicable law and identify the source

4. Downloadable Materials

Materials downloaded from the Site may generally be used within your company or organization for information gathering, internal sharing and evaluation of our services

Without our permission, you may not sell materials to third parties, publish them for general access or reuse them after removing rights notices. Where materials contain specific usage conditions, those conditions apply
